Let Ormont show you how to increase your company's productivity and profits in the manufacturing of decorative pillows, chair pads, bed rests, sleeping pillows, upholstered furniture backs and seats, wicker furniture pads, outdoor furniture cushions, stuffed toys, stuffed dolls, novelties, pet beds or anything you want to stuff. Our high production machines have been used for over 60 years by manufacturers throughout the world.
Ormont machines are assembled with electrical control systems wired to all motors and safety switches. All you need to do is bring electrical power to magnetic starter, attach nozzle and compressor (if needed), foot pedals and run ducting hose between filling machine and fiber opener or foam shredder.
Ormont stuffing machines blow all types of materials, such as polyester fiber, Dupont's Comforel, nappers, shoddy, acrylics, shredded foam, feathers, and cotton/polyester blends directly into your company's products, including plastic/vinyl shells. Ormont pickers/shredders/blowers direct load materials into one or more stuffing machines. Production on our Kingsbridge pillow/cushion blower is anywhere from 3000 - 2500 units of 16" decorative pillows, 2400 - 2800 standard size sleeping pillows, 1000 units of 22 inch four tufted chair pads and 750 units of 22x46 six tufted chair cushions per three inch od nozzle per 8 hour shift. (Production with twin nozzle machine is appx 195% of single nozzle). With 2 1/2 inch od nozzle the production will be 1200 - 1900 tufted kitchen chair pads. Please note these productions will vary by operator and type of materials used, some will do less and some will do more.
Toy/Pillow Machines will stuff 5 pieces of a 16" toy in approximately two minutes. Production on FMP5 filling machine will be about 5 sixteen inch decorative pillow or four tufted chair pads every two minutes, and includes large side and front plexiglass windows. Requires an air compressor to operate. Model FB5H Olympic fiber for use with toy filling machines (not shown).
